Consumer - a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller

Entrepreneur - a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, having legal capacity to conduct business activity, entitling to conclude contracts at a distance and purchase clothes for resale

Client: every entity purchasing in the store

Shop - online store run by the Seller at the internet address

Contract concluded at a distance - an agreement concluded with the Customer via the internet address of our store, without the physical presence of the parties

Regulations: these Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the online store

Goods: products presented and sold in the Online Store.

Order - a voluntary Customer statement made by completing the Order Form leading to the conclusion of a sales contract with the seller

Account - customer account in the Store, under which personal data provided by the Customer is collected and information about contracts concluded and completed orders in the Store.

Registration form - a form that allows you to set up an account in the store.

Order form - a form enabling the ordering of orders

Shopping Cart - an element of the Store, to which you can add selected products. allows

Sales Agreement - customer contract with the shop regarding the purchase of products.

Working day - one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public Polish holidays.

NEWSLETTER - Electronic Service provided by the Seller via e-mail, which allows receiving information from the Seller about Products, new products and promotions in the Online Store.

Wholesale orders - orders for several pieces from the model, filed by the owners of the business enabling legally resale of the goods

wholesale price - price for entrepreneurs determined individually from the amount of the wholesale order.


Creating an account is voluntary, it makes it easier to place orders and allows saving

to the newsletter. To create an account you have to enter the data required in the form.


Browsing the Store's assortment does not require registration

A natural person placing an order must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. In the case of minors or persons with limited legal capacity, the consent of the parent or guardian is required, with the exception of orders that fall within the scope of the so-called contracts commonly concluded in small current matters of everyday life.

The customer has the opportunity to make purchases in two ways; create an account and make an order or place an order without creating an account, by choosing products and adding them to the basket, where you then have to choose the payment and confirm the order. In the cart you can optionally add a discount code. In both ways of ordering, it is necessary to fill in the form.

Filling out the order form is tantamount to the conclusion by the Buyer of a sales agreement and acceptance of the store regulations.

The prices given on the site are, respectively: in Polish zlotys for the Polish region and in euro for the English and Russian version of the store website. The prices include VAT tax

The order summary shows information about the total price of the order and delivery costs. The Customer is informed of any costs when filling in the order form.

The Me & Mom store has no other hidden costs.

After accepting the order, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer about the acceptance of the order for execution. Confirmation will take place by sending the customer an e-mail message to the e-mail address that was entered by the customer into the form when placing the order.

The order is saved in the online store system as a proof of the contract.

We reserve the right not to combine several orders.

In the case of finding or suspicion by the seller of providing false data by the customer, the store has the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, it will notify the customer by e-mail or by phone.

We usually ship orders within 2 business days from the day the funds are credited to the store's account. (store reserves the right to extend this time to 7 working days. In the event that this time would be extended, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

The realization of wholesale orders usually takes about 3-7 working days, depends on the amount of the order and is calculated from the date of payment of the proforma invoice and may also be extended.

Orders via the store website can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and trade-free days. Orders placed on weekends holidays and other holidays will be executed on the first following business day

The store reserves the right to temporarily suspend the store in case of modernization, technical work or holiday. Information about temporary suspension of activity will always appear on the store's website.

If you do not note the payment for the order on the Store's account or intermediary platforms in the transaction (PayPal) within 5 days of placing the order, it will result in the order being canceled.

In this situation, you can place an order again and pay for it within a maximum of 5 days.

The store is not responsible for extending the time of the contract, in case the customer provided incorrect or incomplete data.

The condition of the contract is to fill in the order form correctly.

The store reserves the right to reject the order if:

a. incorrect completion of the order form and the lack of confirmation of the order (by filling in the form incorrectly should be understood as its partial fulfillment),

b. lack of payment on the Store's bank account within 5 business days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Customer,

c. failure to collect the parcel sent to the customer.

The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with its intended purpose.

The website does not allow any actions that may disturb the functioning of the store. including: sending spam, placing advertisements, running any marketing activity and interfering with the content of the site.

The shop is not responsible for any disruptions, including breaks, functioning caused by force majeure, unauthorized operation of third parties or incompatibility of the Store with the Customer's technical infrastructure, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Prices placed on the product offered by the Store include VAT and are given in Polish zlotys for the Polish language version of the store, respectively. In for the euro currency for the English and Russian language version of the store.

The price given at the product does not contain information about the cost of shipping.

Shipping costs depend on the region of the world and available in the "delivery" tab

The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the store, to introduce new products for sale, to carry out and cancel promotional campaigns, or to make changes in accordance with the Civil Code and other acts, but such changes do not violate the rights of people who have concluded contracts the sale of goods offered by the Store before the above-mentioned changes or rights of persons entitled to use a given promotion, in accordance with its rules and during its duration.

Shipping costs are added to the sum of ordered products and are borne by the customer.

When collecting the parcel delivered by the courier, the Customer should check the condition of the external package in his presence. In the case of damage to the packaging of the shipment, the Customer should prepare, together with the courier, a damage report, in two identical copies signed by the Recipient and the courier.

Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights ((Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683), the Customer, being a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, may opt out of the Goods purchased in Store, without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The Customer withdrawing from the contract is obliged to send the Product at the same time (he can not bear traces of use) along with the proof of purchase and the completed form

The Store is obliged to return to the Customer the price paid by him by bank transfer to the bank account number indicated by him or by postal order to the address indicated in the order, immediately, however not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal together with the goods and proof purchase.

Before submitting a complaint, the customer is obliged to inform the store (by phone or email) so that the store will make an order to collect the parcel. If the complaint is accepted, the costs are covered by the shop. In the case of rejecting the complaint, the costs are covered by the buyer.

Complaints should be submitted in writing. At the same time, the complaint should be sent back to the Goods whose complaint relates to. Goods should be sent back in the original undamaged packaging with its complete contents.

Before sending a complaint in writing, it is recommended to contact the Store by phone or email in advance.

Before picking up the parcel, check the condition of the package. If the package is damaged, do not accept the parcel and report the damage in the presence of the messenger. Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport should be reported immediately. The complaint should include information on the date and manner of delivery of the Goods, and if possible also information on the delivery.

All complaints are considered individually.

In the event that the customer is not a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, the parties exclude liability under the warranty for physical defects based on art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code.

The right to reimbursement is only available to Customers who are natural persons. The right of return is not available to legal entities and persons conducting business activity, if the product has been purchased for the needs of the company (legal entity, business activity).

The store does not receive parcels sent to it by cash on delivery and is not responsible for the costs associated with such shipments.

The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment containing the purchased goods without any signs of use and a correctly completed return form.

In the case of considering a complaint in favor of the Customer - the Shop will repair or replace the advertised product with a fully-fledged product or, if replacement is not possible, refund the product for the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the defective product from the Customer. The store is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned or returned goods.

Differences between the visualization of the product resulting from individual settings of the client's computer (color, proportions, etc.) and the actual appearance of the product can not be the basis of the complaint. In this case, you can use the return procedure.

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the customer may withdraw from the online sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of product release (date of delivery). To comply with this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry (link pdf). The statement referred to herein should be sent to the Store's store address (point I General Provisions) or a scan of the signed statement to the Store's e-mail address. If the Customer uses the above-mentioned entitlements, reimbursement of mutual benefits should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days.

In a situation where the customer does NOT collect the shipment sent by the store and the order returns to us, the customer may re-place the order after prior consent of the seller. The fee to be covered by the Customer will consist of: the value of ordered goods, costs of re-delivery + costs of costs incurred by the Service Provider in connection with sending the previous shipment and collecting the returned parcel

In the absence of contact with the customer or the inability to collect the shipment by the customer, the Service Provider after 60 days from the date of acceptance of the return shipment, (counting from the date stamped on the postal stamp), cancels the order without the possibility of refund for the order and re-implementation of the contract after this deadline. Each case is considered individually.

The store guarantees that the personal data provided by the customer will be processed and used only for the purposes necessary to perform the order.

The customer has the right to inspect their personal data, make changes to them, and request their removal.

In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of delivery by post or courier, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.

In the case of the Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of electronic payments or with a payment card, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to the selected entity servicing the above payments in the Online Store.

In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on consumer rights shall apply.
